CornerHouse participates in Southdale Mall’s “Magical Evening of Giving” Fundraising Event.

CornerHouse is re-certified as a full member of the National Children’s Alliance.

CornerHouse and APRI are selected as the recipients of the Peter Drucker Nonprofit Innovation Award for the Finding Words™ Training Program for the week of December 17th .

Amy Russell is appointed as the Interim Executive Director of CornerHouse.

Arlene Clapp is elected Board Chair.

Cornerhouse holds its Twelfth Annual Twins Event.

Emergency weekend/holiday on-call interview services are initiated with the Minneapolis Police Department.

Lori Holmes Rice is awarded the 2003 Sweetheart for Kids Award.

Cornerhouse extends its Half A Nation training program with the American Prosecutor’s Research Institute to ten states. This program will see the CornerHouse, RATAC® protocol taught in 25 state programs by the year 2010.

CornerHouse receives a commendation from the Hennepin Board of County Commissioners.

CornerHouse is honored as the 2004 Sheila Wellstone Gold Watch recipient for working collaboratively with law enforcement, child protection, and the county attorney’s office to provide a safe place for children to tell of their experiences of abuse.

Actor Josh Hartnett receives the 2004 Sweetheart for Kids Award.

The 13th Annual Twins Fundraising Event is held.

Along with partner agencies, CornerHouse commemorates April as Child Abuse Prevention Month with a display at the Hennepin County Government Center Galler, and an Open House at CornerHouse.

Tom Frost is elected Board Chair.

Cornerhouse holds its 14th Annual Twins Fundraising Event.

Dr. Mace Goldfarb is awarded the 2005 Sweetheart for Kids Award.

CornerHouse receives Community Leadership Award from Hennepin County Attorney Amy Klobuchar.

In 2005, CornerHouse trains a total of 2378 child abuse professionals and mandated reporters in the United States, Jamaica, and Kosovo.

Eleven Champions for Children are selected and honored at a CornerHouse event at the Hennepin County Government Center On April 5th. Event speakers included: Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty; Commissioner of Public Safety Michael Campion; Hennepin County District Court Chief Judge Lucy Wieland; Hennepin County Attorney Amy Klobuchar; Hennepin County Commissioner Linda Koblick; and CornerHouse Board Chair Tom Frost.

Second annual Eagles Golf Tournament is held.

CornerHouse moves interview and medical services offsite temporarily in order to undergo major renovation.

CornerHouse’s First Annual Gala held at Golden Wings Museum in Blaine. Victor Vieth, Director of the National Child Protection Training Center gives keynote. Board Chair Larry Pobuda presents the 2007 Sweetheart for Kids Award to Dr. Alan Goldbloom, CEO of Children’s Hospital.
